We believe that the success of a design project hinges on the strength of its core process. Through the years of our experience we have created a design process that guarantees the highest level of satisfaction and quality.

1) Discovery Call

We start every project with a 15-30 minute phone call. This allows for us to get to know each other and get an idea of your project goals.

2) Consultation

This is typically a 1 hour in-person meeting. We will dig a little deeper into the scope of your project, talk about style, general ideas, and what you can expect from us.

3) Proposal & Contract

Now that we have met in person and have a deeper understanding of your project scope, we are able to create a comprehensive proposal for our services. If you approve the proposal, we will send you our contract to sign.

4) Design Direction

In this phase we dive deeper into the direction of the design, inspiration photos, cost estimates, and spatial planning.

5) Design Planning and Development

This phase covers all of the small and large design details. We will work closely with you, your contractor, architect, and other trades involved in your project to create a set of detailed design drawings. We will also present furniture and material options for you to choose from.

6) Procurement

In this phase, we will get orders placed, nail down delivery timelines, and double check measurements.

7) Project Management

Full-service design doesn’t just mean “designing”. We also handle all of the project management aspects that go into our designs. We will meet with contractors, coordinate trades-people, schedule deliveries, handle any product issues, and keep you apprised of all timelines.

8) Installation

Once all product has arrived, we can install furniture, art, and accessories. We take pride in our “design to completion” approach and make sure every last detail is handled to hand off to you as your dream space!
